Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help children reach individualized goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data and documentation accurately.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
