Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Everett, MA seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision and to help children make meaningful progress in everyday activities.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required
• Background check requirements apply and driver’s license may be needed for client visits

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to children and young adults with autism
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision
