Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults on the autism spectrum in clinic or in-home settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to support progress.

You’ll receive paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development.

Competenze

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required.

Mansioni

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
