Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism in home and community settings in Indianapolis.

You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA, receive paid training, and have opportunities for professional development. The role offers flexible hours including some evenings, with benefits and career growth potential.

Competenze

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication and reliability.
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required.
• Able to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism following treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
