Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision.

You will collect real-time progress data, collaborate with families, and ensure consistency of skills across environments. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required; growth opportunities and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
