Autism Center of Excellence in Durham, NC, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and record session data using our data collection system.

The role requires an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with BCBAs and families, maintain compassionate interactions, and complete documentation on time.

Competenze

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining appropriate communication with supervising clinicians.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Mansioni

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
