Lumino ABA is seeking a reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Cocoa team. You will work 1:1 with children, implement BCBA-designed plans, and collect data to monitor progress, in school and home settings.

We offer mentorship, flexible schedules, and top-tier hourly pay based on experience and performance up to $26/hour, with mileage reimbursement and advancement opportunities.

Qualificações

• Background check and Level II fingerprinting required.
• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Experience working with children.
• Professional and punctual demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
