Job summary

Lumino ABA in Cocoa, FL is seeking reliable RBTs to provide in-person ABA therapy in school and home settings. Earn up to $26/hour with experience and performance, with mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children, data collection, and collaboration with the BCBA. Benefits include training, mileage reimbursement, and career growth paths within the company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• High School Diploma required; associate/bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting; Medicaid ID is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow BCBA-designed protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support to clients and educate families on behavior management.
• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust treatment plans as needed.
