Job summary

Lumino ABA in Brooksville, FL is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support ABA therapy in schools and homes. This role offers mentorship, flexible schedules, and competitive hourly pay up to $26/hour based on experience.

You will work 1:1 with children, implement behavior plans, collect data, educate families, and collaborate with the BCBA. The position requires an active RBT certification, Medicaid ID, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma required.
• Active BACB RBT certification and Medicaid ID required.
• Reliable transportation and experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data on client progress during sessions.
• Support families with behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust plans.
• Maintain documentation and comply with Lumino ABA policies.
