Job summary

Lumino ABA in Davenport, FL is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team providing ABA therapy in schools and homes. Earn an hourly rate of $22.00-$26.00 and support children with Autism and other developmental disorders to reach their goals.

The role offers reliable colleagues, ongoing training, and a clear growth path to BCBA. Expect to work 25–35+ hours weekly in person with flexible scheduling and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
