Lumino ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism and other developmental disorders in school and home settings. This in-person role emphasizes data collection, protocol implementation, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors.

Responsibilities include direct client work, data tracking, and active family education to promote positive behavioral outcomes while maintaining professional communication and strict confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and punctuality are essential.

Aufgaben

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow BCBA-designed protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.
