Job summary

Lumino ABA in Florida is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in school and home settings. You will implement ABA therapy plans, collect progress data, and provide direct care to enhance behavioral skills and quality of life.

The role offers a supportive environment with training, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders
• Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions
• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures
