Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

Requirements include active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s), families, and caregivers to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
