Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-created plans and track progress using Central Reach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach
• Assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations as needed
• Support BCBA in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Respond to feedback and maintain/improve performance
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient
