Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 therapy in our clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized plans created by a BCBA and track progress in Central Reach.

We offer paid supervision toward BCBA certification, a predictable weekday schedule, and a strong team culture focused on growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months to 12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations based on company needs and demand.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
