Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, implementing treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, and collecting data. Candidates must have an active RBT certification and reliable transportation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and staff, with a focus on developing social, communication, and life skills for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
