Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and track progress using Central Reach.

We offer growth through supervision toward BCBA certification, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, on-site role with a stable, weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months-12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach
• Must be able to assist with staffing and provide therapy at additional clinic locations based on company needs and demand
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient
