Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Conway, AR is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support families. You will work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills in structured and play-based activities.

You’ll collaborate with a clinical team, maintain ethics and confidentiality, and pursue growth through coaching, trainings, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or in good standing.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity.
• Strong communication with children, families, and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data accurately and document session notes on time.
• Collaborate with families to support generalization across settings.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold BACB ethics in all interactions.
