Springboard ABA in Cabot, AR is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus
• Prior experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Cabot and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and Medicaid training (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
• Collect and document session data using an electronic platform
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective care
