Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes, schools, and community settings around Conway, Arkansas. You’ll work under supervision from a BCBA and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one, along with a HS diploma or GED and excellent communication skills. Travel within Conway and surrounding rural areas is required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)
• Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Conway and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
