Advanta Autism Care is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in Colorado.

You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills, collect data, and collaborate with families while growing your career in a supportive, clinical team.

This role offers a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days, $23-$28 per hour, paid training, and mileage/drive-time reimbursements.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Applicants must already be certified.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience valued.
• Experience using CentralReach preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
