Job summary

Advanta Autism Care LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills while collecting data and tracking progress.

We offer a $23-$28/hour pay range, a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days, ongoing paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Applicants must already be certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
