Advanta Autism Care is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Colorado to provide in-home and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Join a collaborative team committed to helping individuals with ASD build independence and life skills.

We offer $23–$28 per hour, a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, and ongoing professional development. Sign-on incentive is part of a supportive, growth-focused workplace with strong leadership.

Formación

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Applicants must already be certified.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
