Advanta Autism Care LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team along Colorado's Front Range. You will work under BCBA supervision to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting accurate session data and documenting progress.

The role offers a $23-$28/hour range based on experience, a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, and strong

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and document client progress accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
• Each session is an opportunity to create positive change for clients.
