Advanta Autism Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado to work in home and community settings. Earn $23–$28/hour with a $500 sign‑on bonus after 90 days, plus paid training and opportunities for career growth.

You will work under BCBA supervision to deliver ABA therapy, teach essential skills, collect data, and collaborate with families and caregivers. We value compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required, be certified at time of applying.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Able to pass a background and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings.
