Advanta Autism Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings across Colorado Front Range. You will implement individualized plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients develop communication and independence.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification required at time of hire.
• Experience with children or disabilities preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, collaborative and reliable.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings under BCBA plans.
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, daily routines, safety, independence.
• Collect session data and report client progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across settings.
• Prepare session materials and implement individualized programming.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
