Job summary

Advanta Autism Care LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings under BCBA supervision, with a focus on communication, social interaction, daily routines, safety, and independence.

No prior ABA experience is required—paid training and full RBT certification support are provided. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to facilitate growth within a supportive clinical and operations team across Colorado Front Range.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• If not yet certified, willingness to complete the RBT certification process.
• Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or behavioral health services preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, collaborative, and reliable.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, daily routines, safety awareness, and independence
• Collect accurate session data and communicate client progress with the supervising BCBA
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to help maintain consistency across environments
• Assist with preparing session materials and implementing individualized programming
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration
