Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Reliability in showing up for scheduled hours and completing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 with children 18 months to 6 years under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and track progress.
• Document sessions using ABA technology and maintain a safe, positive environment.
