Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate services in-home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; if not yet certified, training and exam cost covered.
• Prior experience with children; ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
