Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a BCBA and a collaborative team to deliver high‑quality care in clients’ homes or our clinics, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

Paid training is provided, RBT exam costs covered, and we offer premium pay for after‑hours sessions, bilingual pay, weekly supervision, and opportunities for advancement within a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience with ASD is strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Must be physically able to assist with activities and care needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home or clinic settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team to implement plans.
• Maintain data and program books; track progress.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care, e.g., toileting, eating as needed.
• Travel between client locations within ~20 miles.
