Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality services in home and clinic settings.

We cover the cost of RBT exam training if not certified and offer paid trainings, with opportunities for bilingual pay and career growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, training provided if needed.
• Prior experience with children, especially ASD, preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or at clinics.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to track data and preferences.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs) as needed.
