Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions in home, school, or clinic settings under supervising BCBA guidance.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or eligibility, with a HS diploma and a passion for helping children and families. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
