Job summary

Heartland ABA in Colorado is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations with flexible part-time schedules and the option for immediate pay after shifts.

Join a clinical team focused on evidence-based interventions, data collection, and family collaboration to help children reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
