Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking qualified RBTs to join our team in Colorado. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a passion for helping children with autism, and the ability to thrive in a flexible, part-time role offering opportunities to advance within a robust clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directing skill-building and care plan implementation.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
