Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; willing to obtain/maintain as required.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy and calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with families and team.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support goals and independence.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices and systems.
