Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team in Colorado. Roles involve delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, following evidence-based plans to support independence and positive behavior. Part-time positions welcome, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Support clients to achieve their goals through evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately and consistently.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans and progress notes.
