Job summary

Heartland ABA in Colorado seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. This role offers part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive clinical team.

You'll record session data, collaborate with supervising clinicians, and implement behavior-change plans to help children build independence and improve everyday skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
