Heartland-Aba-1 in Johnstown, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This role offers part-time hours with Same Day Pay, flexible scheduling, and paid training. You will work in clients' homes or community settings, collaborating closely with our clinical team and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
