Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. This role centers on delivering individualized interventions and collecting progress data to support meaningful growth for children with autism.

You will collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA, ensure safety and engagement during sessions, and contribute to outcomes that matter for children and families served by Blue Gems ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
