Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an ABA Therapy RBT to join our patient-centered team delivering 1:1 therapy in home and community settings across Tennessee. You will implement behavioral interventions, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to support pediatric clients.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
• Must possess a High School Degree
• Experience in roles such as nanny/teacher/teacher assistant/paraprofessional/special education teacher/early childhood provider/daycare teacher/psychology degree
