Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide in-home and community ABA therapy to young clients. You will implement behavior plans and collect progress data under supervision.

This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing coaching from BCBA, and commitment to safety and professionalism. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of ABA-related experience and reliable transportation; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience or exposure to autism programs.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to undergo background checks.
• Reliable car and driver’s license for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and parent coaching as needed.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA and team.
• Enter data daily for each program and track progress.
• Attend supervision sessions and team meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
