Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members.
• Receive supervision from the BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries around children and families as indicated by BACB.
• Enter data and trials daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings as required.
