Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Clinic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children and young adults with Autism in our clinic.

You will implement behavioral intervention plans, participate in BCBA trainings, attend team meetings, and collaborate with families to support progress across programs. A background in education or healthcare and reliable transportation are preferred, with a commitment to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy with children and young adults (ages 2–21).
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized plans.
• Supervision provided by a BCBA at 10% of services.
• Willingness to complete background checks and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults in the clinic.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between ages 2 and 21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members regarding treatment delivery.
• Enter data and all trials daily for each pediatric patient for all programs.
• Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings as required by the BCBA.
