Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In this role, you will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults with Autism, implementing individualized treatment plans and participating in team meetings.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Degree, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to undergo background checks. We offer a supportive culture focused on growth and professional advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team members.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience with children with disabilities/autism

Reliable car and driver's license
