Golden Steps ABA in Tucson, Arizona, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll conduct 1:1 sessions, implement treatment plans, and work closely with BCBA professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities preferred.
• Experience in teaching or childcare roles can support transition to RBT.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults.
• Implement behavioral intervention and treatment plans.
• Maintain communication with BCBA and RBT team members.
