Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Village Meadows, Arizona is seeking passionate RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for young learners with Autism. Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year with children with disabilities preferred.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Experience in teaching or childcare roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain communication with BCBA and team members.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience working with children with disabilities/autism

Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Reliability and valid driver’s license
