Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home or community settings. The role focuses on delivering individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and maintaining accurate data on progress.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of ABA experience or 1 year with disabilities, strong communication, a reliable car, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients
• Must possess a High School Degree
• Experience in roles such as nanny, teacher, paraprofessional or related fields helps with transition into RBT

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain data and trials daily for each pediatric patient and ensure supervision sessions are attended as required.
