Total Care ABA in Sierra Vista, AZ is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across Arizona. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive training to support your personal and professional growth.

As an RBT, you will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect client data, support communication and daily living skills, and collaborate closely with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, active BACB registration
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and track progress
• Maintain accurate progress records for clients
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required
• Provide in-person services throughout Arizona and participate in staff training
