Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Background check and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, and parent training as needed.
• Maintain data collection and communicate with the BCBA about treatment delivery.
• Remain available for supervision sessions and team meetings.
