Golden Steps ABA in Florence, Arizona, is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions. You will work closely with children and young adults, implementing behavioral interventions while developing professionally through our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist preferred but not required.
• Must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults.
• Implement behavioral intervention and treatment plans.
• Maintain professional boundaries around child patients and families.
